About Us
Owned and operated by Kerry DeArmond and his family since 1984, B & K Services serves the heating and cooling needs of greater Greenville, South Carolina. We provide the kind of personal attention only available from a family-run business, using only top quality manufacturers and standing behind all work that we do.
Kerry studied HVAC Technology at Madison County Technical School in Alabama and came to South Carolina in the late 1970's. He worked as a service technician for several years, gaining expertise on systems from Bryant, Trane and Carrier, before founding his own company.
Since then, we have become a licensed service provider in 10 southern states, including Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Arkansas and Mississippi. Wal Mart, Goodies, and Sam's are a few large clients among our extensive client base. From the largest retail store to the smallest residential job, we've done it. Our operation is separated into three divisions to better serve our customers: Commercial, Residential, and Service.
While the systems we install continue to become more complex, B & K Services plans to stick with the simple business principles that have guided us for over 20 years- pride in the work, customer service and personal attention. It's a commitment from the entire DeArmond family.
